Start Printing: The aluminum carriage moves smoothly along the dual lead screw guide rail, and the printhead accurately sprays UV ink (supporting multiple types such as color ink, white ink, and varnish) as required. At the same time, the LED lamp performs curing operation synchronously to ensure the printing effect.
4. Finished Product Unloading: After the printing is completed, the system will automatically release the material. The finished product can be directly taken down for use without additional secondary processing procedures, simplifying the production process.

On the basis of the flatbed printing workflow, only one more fixture adaptation step is needed: fix the cylindrical material in a dedicated fixture, turn on the rotation function driven by the servo motor, and the subsequent file configuration, printing, and curing processes are consistent with the flatbed mode.
